IMPORTANT MESSAGES
Last call for Junior Youth Legislature participants.  We have a meeting TODAY afterschool and I will be handing out permission slips and money is due MONDAY MARCH 5th, so if you are interested and have not been to a meeting come today to find out what it is all about.  If you are interested and cannot make the meeting make sure you see me sometime this week to pick up your important paperwork. 

Attention all Sisterhoods, during Catholic Schools week we met, and as sisterhoods, we wrote letters of appreciation to Veterans all around Mississippi.  Mrs. Cuevas mailed those to Veteran's Hospitals in Mississippi and we received a Thank you for our kindness from the Veterans' Hospital in Biloxi.   So girls, we can make a difference and it does not take a lot of time or effort.  So let’s all be conscious that we can make a difference and let’s be the Change we want to see in the World.

Camellia Queen Pageant
Applications are now being accepted for the 60th Annual Mississippi Queen Scholarship Pageant to be held Saturday, March 31st at the Beau Rivage.  The pageant is open to young ladies between the ages of 15 to 17 years, the winner will receive a $500 scholarship to the college of her choice.  Application can be obtained at Biloxi Lions Club, deadline is March 15th.  For more details, please see flyer in office window.

Mass Schedule tomorrow, please remember to wear your white oxford shirts.  As always, parents are invited to attend.

ACT TESTING tomorrow morning, all 11th and 12th grade students who will be taking the ACT Test, please report directly to the OLG community center no later than 7:55 a.m.  You may wear comfortable clothes for testing, but please remember to bring your OLA uniform and shoes to change into before returning to classes at OLA.

Let us offer our special intentions as we pray for Mrs. Mayer and her family.  Mrs. Mayer’s mother-in-law passed away this weekend.  And we continue to pray for Coach Halley, Mrs. Bennett’s husband and their families.

There will be an informational meeting, TODAY at 3:30pm in the Commons for anyone who is interested in participating in our new Taekwondo/Self-Defense club. This club will teach you how to protect yourself at all times AND it is great exercise! Join us today to see what it is all about!

7th through 9th graders interested in debate, the law and/or meeting new people, then Junior Youth Legislature is for you.   Meeting TODAY after school in resource lab.  No commitment.   Come find out what it all about!   Those of you who know you want to participate come begin researching bill ideas.   Meeting TODAY 335-430 in resource lab.
