Good Morning OLA!  Today is Thursday, November 29, 2018.

Morning Offering and Special Intentions:
Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  Let us offer our special intentions as we continue to pray for our fellow classmate Janna Babin and those on our prayer board.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Psalms 136   Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. His love endures forever. Give thanks to the God of heaven. His love endures forever.

Thoughts on today's verse:  Our thanks arises from the nature of God and his glory and goodness. The steadfast reason we give thanks is because God is good and his love is inexhaustible and never ending.  As we Pray:

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Please remain standing for the Pledge:
I pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which is stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

1 Timothy 2:1-2  I urge, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone - for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.

Thoughts on today's verse:   God wants us to be a praying people. But more than that, God wants us to pray for people. The blessing of that kind of prayerful life is that we get to live peaceful and quiet lives full of godliness and holiness. So pray, dear friend in Jesus, pray as if world peace depends upon it, because it does!

Tuesday, November 6, 2018 Morning Announcements

OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS
Tuesday, November 6, 2018

Good Morning OLA! Today is Tuesday, November 6, 2018.

Morning Offering and Special Intentions:
Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  Let us offer our special intentions as we continue to pray for Janna Babin, Mrs. Bennett’s husband and daughter, and their families.  We also pray each morning in November for those on our prayer board.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Ephesians 1:9-10  He made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, to be put into effect when the times will have reached their fulfillment - to bring all things in heaven and on earth together under one head, even Christ.

Thoughts on today's verse:  God's plan was to bring unity in Christ by making him Lord of all!
